Cu/SiO 2 、Fe/SiO 2 和Cu-Fe/SiO 2 催化乙酸氣相加氫反應(yīng)的研究

以硝酸銅和硝酸鐵為金屬前驅(qū)體采用等體積浸漬法制備了Cu/Si O2、Fe/Si O2和Cu-Fe/Si O2催化劑,用于催化乙酸氣相加氫生成乙醇和乙酸乙酯。在320℃、2.0 MPa、乙酸液時(shí)空速0.6 h-1、氫酸摩爾比為5的條件下,Cu-Fe/Si O2雙金屬催化劑對(duì)乙醇和乙酸乙酯的總選擇性達(dá)到了93.5%,明顯高于Cu/Si O2和Fe/Si O2單金屬催化劑。同時(shí),C3產(chǎn)物(丙烷、丙烯、丙酮和異丙醇)、CO2以及CH4、CO、C2H6和C2H4等不凝性氣體在雙金屬催化劑上得到了顯著的抑制。對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了透射電鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、氫氣-程序升溫還原(H2-TPR)和X射線光電能譜(XPS)表征分析,結(jié)果表明雙金屬催化劑上的Cu0<...
