【摘要】：清肝散結(jié)湯(QGSJ)是由14味不同中藥組成的復(fù)方制劑,基于長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)以不同組合成方用于肝癌的治療。本研究建立了一種基于加速溶劑萃取(ASE)結(jié)合高效液相色譜-電噴霧飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜(HPLC-ESI-TOF MS)的方法同時(shí)測(cè)定清肝散結(jié)湯中29種化學(xué)成分。使用70%乙醇作為提取溶劑,提取溫度100℃,靜態(tài)萃取時(shí)間5min,提取2次,以上條件采用正交設(shè)計(jì)和主成分分析進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。HPLC分離采用Kromasil C18色譜柱,梯度洗脫。TOF MS在負(fù)離子模式下檢測(cè),質(zhì)量掃描范圍m/z100~1 100。結(jié)果表明:清肝散結(jié)湯中29種成分具有良好的線性關(guān)系(r0.994)和日內(nèi)、日間精密度(RSD5%);提取回收率在96.5%~104.5%之間。該方法快速、可靠,適用于復(fù)方中藥的定量評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Qinggan Sanjie decoction (QGSJ) is a compound preparation composed of 14 different traditional Chinese medicine. Based on long-term experimental observation and clinical experience, different combinations are used in the treatment of liver cancer.
