光譜技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)

【摘要】:闡述了光譜學(xué)光譜的分類,對(duì)原子發(fā)射光譜、原子吸收光譜、紅外吸收光譜、拉曼光譜、X射線吸收光譜、X射線熒光光譜、紫外-可見(jiàn)吸收光譜、分子發(fā)光光譜這8種光譜方法的原理與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作出了介紹,對(duì)光譜分析方法可能用到的數(shù)據(jù)處理方法進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的概括。最后對(duì)光譜學(xué)與光譜分析技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了歸納。
[Abstract]:The classification of spectroscopy is described, and the principle and development status of eight spectral methods, atomic emission spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectrum, infrared absorption spectrum, Raman spectrum, X-ray absorption spectrum, X-ray fluorescence spectrum, UV-vis absorption spectrum and molecular luminous spectrum, are introduced, and the data processing methods that may be used in spectral analysis are briefly summarized. Finally, the development trend of spectroscopy and spectral analysis technology is summarized.
