木棉基復(fù)合材料的制備及吸油性能研究

【摘要】:以木棉纖維為基材、甲基丙烯酸甲酯為接枝劑,通過接枝反應(yīng)制備了木棉基復(fù)合材料?疾炝私又┓磻(yīng)濃度、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間等因素對復(fù)合材料吸油性能的影響,實驗結(jié)果表明,影響吸油量的主要因素是接枝劑濃度,其次是反應(yīng)溫度;木棉纖維的最佳接枝工藝為:接枝劑濃度2 mol/L,溫度95℃,時間60 min。采用掃描電鏡、紅外光譜對所制備木棉基復(fù)合材料的表面形貌及結(jié)構(gòu)進行了表征,結(jié)果表明,接枝后的木棉纖維表面變得較為粗糙,接枝上了一定量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯,并且對柴油的吸附性能得到了很大提高。
