載體效應(yīng)對(duì)Ru催化劑F-T反應(yīng)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用浸漬法將Ru負(fù)載于SiO_2、Al_2O_3和Beta分子篩制備了不同載體的Ru基F-T合成催化劑。通過N_2-物理吸附、XRD、NH_3-TPD、H_2-TPR、H_2-TPD、XPS和CO-DRIFTS等表征方法對(duì)不同催化劑的織構(gòu)、物相、酸性、還原性質(zhì)、吸附性能和電子狀態(tài)信息進(jìn)行了考察,并對(duì)不同載體催化劑的F-T反應(yīng)性能及產(chǎn)物分布進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,不同載體Ru基催化劑在金屬分散度、還原性質(zhì)、對(duì)氫氣吸附性能和電子狀態(tài)等方面均存在較大差異。其中,酸性較弱的Ru/SiO_2催化劑具有較弱的金屬載體相互作用、較小的顆粒粒徑和較高的電子密度,同時(shí)該催化劑的Ru金屬平臺(tái)位點(diǎn)較多,導(dǎo)致其在F-T反應(yīng)過程中表現(xiàn)較好的反應(yīng)穩(wěn)定性,其產(chǎn)物以重質(zhì)烴為主,CH_4和輕質(zhì)烴選擇性較低。
