咪唑類高錸酸鹽催化微晶纖維素降解反應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:以咪唑類高錸酸鹽為催化劑,以離子液體1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯鹽([Amim]Cl)為溶劑降解微晶纖維素(MCC)。分別考察反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間、反應(yīng)物濃度、催化劑用量和結(jié)構(gòu)對纖維素降解反應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,以5%1-(3-磺酸)丙基-3-甲基咪唑高錸酸鹽([mim-(CH_2)_3SO_3H]ReO_4)為催化劑,在微波輔助加熱條件下,0.1 g纖維素在2.0 g離子液體[Amim]Cl中于160℃降解30 min,還原糖收率(TRS)和葡萄糖收率最高可達89.6%和46.7%。研究還對咪唑類高錸酸催化纖維素降解反應(yīng)的催化機理進行討論,認為催化劑芳環(huán)陽離子、ReO-4中Re=O與纖維素分子中羥基的相互作用是促進纖維素降解的關(guān)鍵
