【摘要】:萘醌類化合物是一類廣泛存在于自然界中的小分子化合物,具有多種生物活性。其中2-羥基-1,4-萘醌結(jié)構(gòu)在各種天然產(chǎn)物中是最常見的,并且與多種生物活性相關(guān),包括酶抑制,抗真菌,抗細(xì)菌,抗癌,抗增殖,抗血小板,抗炎,抗過敏和抗瘧疾活性等;2-羥基-1,4-萘醌的多種性能,我們以其為原料,使用一鍋法將2-羥基-1,4-萘醌應(yīng)用到多組分反應(yīng)中,并且經(jīng)過實(shí)驗(yàn)探究后,為合成3,4-二氫-2H-萘并[2,3-e][1,3]VA嗪-5,10-二酮衍生物、7-芳基苯并[c]吖啶-5,6-二酮衍生物、4H-苯并[g]色烯衍生物提供了新方法。水是最清潔的溶劑,也是最廉價(jià)的溶劑,在水介質(zhì)中的反應(yīng),有利于降低反應(yīng)成本,減少有機(jī)溶劑對環(huán)境造成的污染,這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)使得水成為有機(jī)合成中溶劑的首選。我們以水做溶劑,室溫條件下,用超聲輻射2-羥基-1,4-萘醌,甲醛溶液,芳香胺,合成了一系列的3,4-二氫-2H-萘并[2,3-e][1,3]VA嗪-5,10-二酮衍生物。該反應(yīng)的最大特點(diǎn)是以水做溶劑,不需要使用催化劑,采用超聲輻射的方法,縮短了反應(yīng)時間,提高了反應(yīng)收率。近年來,金屬有機(jī)框架化合物由于其在突光、磁體、氣體選擇性吸附、催化劑和光學(xué)性能上的潛在應(yīng)用和其構(gòu)成了多樣的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),得到人們的廣泛重視。我們自己制備了金屬有機(jī)骨架MOF-5材料,并以其為催化劑,乙醇為溶劑,在室溫下催化了以醛、芳香胺、2-羥基-1,4-萘醌為原料的一鍋法-三組分的縮合反應(yīng),開發(fā)了一種合成7-芳基苯并[c]吖啶-5,6-二酮衍生物新方法,且收率較高。在過去幾年中,可見光促進(jìn)的化學(xué)反應(yīng)受到相當(dāng)大的關(guān)注,并且成為有機(jī)化學(xué)中的熱點(diǎn)研究課題?梢姽馐且环N有吸引力,可持續(xù),無毒,易于使用和普遍可用的能源,且光催化反應(yīng)通常在常溫常壓下進(jìn)行,較易控制,無二次污染,結(jié)合光催化和無溶劑反應(yīng)的優(yōu)勢,我們開始了環(huán)境友好的戰(zhàn)略,探索出了一條合成4H-苯并[g]色烯衍生物的新路線。通過2-羥基-1,4-萘醌,丙二腈/氰基乙酸乙酯,醛應(yīng)用光催化,無溶劑的條件下使用Eosin Y做催化劑的一鍋多組分反應(yīng)。令我們驚喜的是,該方法不但提高了反應(yīng)產(chǎn)率,縮短了反應(yīng)時間,而且反應(yīng)不需要使用溶劑,無有毒物質(zhì)排出等優(yōu)點(diǎn)均符合綠色化學(xué)的要求。
