乳制品中單糖、雙糖和低聚果糖的同時(shí)測定

【摘要】:建立了高效液相色譜同時(shí)分離測定乳制品中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖、蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖、蔗果五糖等7種糖的方法。通過調(diào)節(jié)樣品溶液的p H值到1.7和4.5除去樣品中蛋白質(zhì),采用氨基色譜柱,以乙腈-水為流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫,用蒸發(fā)光散射檢測器檢測。7種糖質(zhì)量濃度在0.01~10.0 mg/m L內(nèi)具有良好的線性關(guān)系,回收率在95.0%~104.1%,精密度(RSD)為1.98%~4.56%,檢出限在0.04~0.17 mg/g。該方法可用于乳制品中單糖、雙糖和低聚果糖的日常檢測。
[Abstract]:A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous separation and determination of fructose, glucose, sucrose, lactose, sucrose trisaccharide, sucrose tetrasugar and sugar pentaccharide in dairy products was established. The protein in the sample was removed by adjusting the pH value of the sample solution to 1.7 and 4.5. the protein was removed by amino chromatography column and eluted with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase gradient elution. the concentration of seven sugars had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01 鈮,
