【摘要】：研究Clevenger裝置改進(jìn)前后對(duì)尤力克檸檬精油提取率和精油成分的影響;采用改進(jìn)型Clevenger裝置分別提取了青檸、尤力克、艾倫尤力克、費(fèi)米耐勞、無籽里斯本5個(gè)不同檸檬品種的果皮精油,通過氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法對(duì)其進(jìn)行成分分析和結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定,得到不同品種的檸檬果皮精油成分的指紋圖譜。結(jié)果表明,Clevenger裝置改進(jìn)后尤力克檸檬精油的提取率增加了63.37%,且對(duì)精油揮發(fā)性成分種類無顯著影響;5個(gè)檸檬品種中分別檢測(cè)到51、50、41、43種和42種揮發(fā)性成分,主要為烯烴類、醇類、醛類、酯類以及少量的酸類和酮類。烯烴類物質(zhì)是各個(gè)品種精油成分中最主要的組分,其中特征香氣成分D-檸檬烯相對(duì)含量最高,β-蒎烯、γ-松油烯次之。品種間差異較大,除了含有32個(gè)共有成分之外,每個(gè)品種都存在自身特有的揮發(fā)性成分。
[Abstract]:The effects of the improvement of Clevenger device on the extraction rate and essential oil composition of essential oil of Eurek lemon were studied, and the essential oils of five different lemon varieties were extracted by improved Clevenger device, respectively. The essential oils of five different lemon varieties were extracted by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the fingerprints of essential oil components of different varieties of lemon peel were obtained by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the extraction rate of Eurek lemon essential oil increased by 63.37% after the improvement of Clevenger plant, and there was no significant effect on the types of volatile components in essential oil. 51, 50, 41, 43 and 42 volatile components were detected in 5 lemon varieties, mainly alkenes, alcohols, aldehydes, esters and a small amount of acids and ketones. Olefins are the most important components in essential oils of various varieties, in which the relative content of characteristic aroma components D-limonene is the highest, followed by 尾-pinene and gamma-terpinene. There are great differences among varieties, except for 32 common components, each variety has its own unique volatile components.
