用高效液相色譜組方指紋圖譜智能預(yù)測中藥質(zhì)量的新模式

【摘要】:建立大黃、黃芩、黃連的高效液相色譜(HPLC)組方指紋圖譜,確定其融合模型,觀察組方融合指紋圖譜(CSF)與一清片復(fù)方樣品指紋圖譜的一致性,從而以CSF代替復(fù)方整體來智能預(yù)測復(fù)方制劑質(zhì)量。用二極管陣列檢測器(DAD)同時測定黃芩、大黃、黃連和一清片在268 nm波長下的HPLC指紋圖譜,并使用系統(tǒng)指紋定量法進行定性、定量評價。結(jié)果 CSF涵蓋各單味藥主要色譜峰信息,即CSF共有峰(55個)涵蓋一清片樣品共有峰(50個)的主要指紋圖譜信息。15批樣品的質(zhì)量除YQT-S01為5級外,其他質(zhì)量均為3級及以上。各組合模式CSF質(zhì)量除CSF-2為6級外,其余均為2級或1級。該文探討了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指紋圖譜和中藥組方融合指紋圖譜的相關(guān)性,可以與相應(yīng)的計算機評價軟件相結(jié)合,通過組方融合指紋圖譜所代表復(fù)方制劑的整體指紋圖譜來實現(xiàn)智能預(yù)測中藥成方制劑質(zhì)量的新模式。
[Abstract]:A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) formula of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, and Rhizoma Coptidis is established to obtain a fingerprint, and the fusion model is determined, and the consistency of the combination fingerprint (CSF) of the formula and the fingerprint of a clear tablet compound sample is observed, so that the quality of the compound preparation can be intelligently predicted by using the CSF instead of the compound whole. The HPLC fingerprint of the yellow, rhubarb, coptis and a clear slice at the wavelength of 268 nm was also determined by a diode array detector (DAD), and the qualitative and quantitative evaluation was carried out using the system fingerprint quantitative method. Results CSF covers the main peak information of the single-flavor drug, that is, the common peak (55) of the CSF covers the main fingerprint information of the common peak (50) of a clear-plate sample. The quality of the 15-batch samples, except that YQT-S01 is 5, the other quality is Grade 3 and above. The CSF-2 of each combined mode was grade 2 or grade 1 except for CSF-2. In this paper, the correlation of the standard fingerprint and the fingerprint of the traditional Chinese medicine formula is discussed, and the new model of the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation can be realized by the combination of the corresponding computer evaluation software and the whole fingerprint of the compound preparation represented by the combination of the combination of the prescription and the fingerprint.
