電膜萃取-光度法測定食品中的砷

【摘要】:應(yīng)用電膜萃取-紫外-可見分光光度法測定食品中砷。對影響實驗的參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化:有機(jī)溶劑為鄰苯二甲酸二異壬酯在正辛醇溶液中體積分?jǐn)?shù)2.5%、電壓70 V、萃取時間15 min、接受相溶液pH 13、攪拌速率700 r/min。砷的檢出限為1.5μg/L,回收率為96%~104%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=5)為0.1%~3.6%。本方法具有選擇性好、操作簡單、成本低等特點,可用于食品中總砷的分析。
