摻雜聚乙烯醇的殼聚糖小球?qū)︺~離子-腐殖酸的單一和連續(xù)吸附行為

【摘要】:以三聚磷酸鈉作為離子交聯(lián)劑,合成了一種摻雜聚乙烯醇的殼聚糖小球,采用SEM和FTIR表征了小球的表面性能及官能團(tuán)分布情況,進(jìn)一步研究了這種小球?qū)Ω乘岷豌~離子的單獨(dú)吸附行為、連續(xù)吸附行為及兩者共存狀態(tài)下的吸附行為,并通過XPS能譜分析了吸附過程的機(jī)理.結(jié)果表明:在單獨(dú)吸附過程中,殼聚糖小球與腐殖酸和銅的作用方式主要是通過靜電引力和絡(luò)合作用;在連續(xù)吸附過程中,先吸附了腐殖酸的小球,后續(xù)對(duì)銅離子的吸附效果變?nèi)?而先吸附了銅離子的小球,后續(xù)對(duì)腐殖酸的吸附能力變強(qiáng),說明這種小球在吸附過程中可以被連續(xù)使用.而在腐殖酸和銅離子共存的吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),殼聚糖小球除了會(huì)吸附溶液中的銅離子和腐殖酸外,還導(dǎo)致它們的聚集沉降.
[Abstract]:A kind of chitosan microspheres doped with polyvinyl alcohol was synthesized by using sodium tripolyphosphate as ion crosslinker. The surface properties and functional group distribution of the microspheres were characterized by SEM and FTIR. The adsorption behavior, continuous adsorption behavior and adsorption behavior of humic acid and copper ions by the pellets were further studied, and the mechanism of the adsorption process was analyzed by XPS energy spectrum. The results show that in the process of adsorption alone, the interaction of chitosan pellets with humic acid and copper is mainly through electrostatic gravity and complexation. In the process of continuous adsorption, humic acid pellets were adsorbed first, and then the adsorption effect of copper ions became weaker. The microspheres adsorbed copper ions first, and then the adsorption capacity of humic acid became stronger, which indicated that the microspheres could be used continuously in the adsorption process. In the adsorption experiment of the coexistence of humic acid and copper ion, it was found that chitosan microspheres not only adsorbed copper ion and humic acid in solution, but also led to their aggregation and deposition.
