【摘要】：建立了氣相色譜-三重四極桿串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜(GC-MS/MS)同時測定焙烤食品中28種鄰苯二甲酸酯類(PAEs)物質(zhì)殘留量的方法。樣品經(jīng)乙酸乙酯超聲提取,用中性氧化鋁凈化后進(jìn)行檢測。經(jīng)程序升溫氣化進(jìn)樣口(PTV)不分流進(jìn)樣,TR-5MS色譜柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)進(jìn)行色譜分離,在選擇反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(SRM)模式下進(jìn)行質(zhì)譜掃描,采用內(nèi)標(biāo)法定量。28種鄰苯二甲酸酯的線性范圍,除鄰苯二甲酸二異壬酯(DINP)在0.1~20 mg/L外,其余27種均在0.05~10 mg/L范圍內(nèi)呈線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)r~2≥0.996 2。方法檢出限范圍為0.1~9.8μg/kg,方法定量限范圍為0.4~32.6μg/kg。分別在面包、餅干、糕點(diǎn)、餡料4類樣品中進(jìn)行低、中、高3個添加水平的加標(biāo)回收試驗(yàn),加標(biāo)回收率為81.0%~117%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=6)為1.3%~13.6%。用建立的方法測定了不同焙烤食品中塑化劑的含量。該方法操作簡單,可靠性高,適用范圍廣,適用于焙烤食品中鄰苯二甲酸酯類物質(zhì)殘留量的檢測。
[Abstract]:A gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 28 phthalate (PAEs) residues in baked food was established. The sample was extracted by ethyl acetate and purified with neutral alumina.
