電極電位法測定酞菁鈷磺酸鹽脫硫液中硫離子含量

【摘要】:建立了一種利用電極電位快速測定PDS脫硫液中硫離子含量的分析方法。條件為水楊酸鈉質(zhì)量濃度100g/L、抗壞血酸質(zhì)量濃度16g/L、氫氧化鈉調(diào)p H至13配制SAOB緩沖劑,將脫硫液待測液與SAOB緩沖劑按體積比1∶9混合后進行測定。電極響應(yīng)時間0~2min,穩(wěn)定性好,脫硫液中的大量副鹽離子對分析結(jié)果基本無影響,測定結(jié)果與碘量法測定結(jié)果相對偏差在7%以內(nèi),與碘量法無顯著性差異。該法具有成本低、簡便快速,利于推廣等優(yōu)點。
