HPLC法同時測定燈盞細(xì)辛注射液中10種成分

【摘要】:目的建立HPLC法同時測定燈盞細(xì)辛注射液(燈盞細(xì)辛)中5-咖啡酰基奎寧酸、綠原酸、4-咖啡;鼘幩帷⒖Х人、1,3-二咖啡酸?鼘幩帷⒁包S芩苷、異綠原酸B、3,5-二咖啡;鼘幩帷舯K花甲素、4,5-二咖啡酰基奎寧酸的含有量。方法該藥物水提液的分析采用Inertsil屮ODS-3色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流動相0.4%磷酸-乙腈,梯度洗脫;體積流量0.9 m L/min;柱溫30℃;檢測波長327 nm。結(jié)果 10種成分在各自范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.999 0),平均加樣回收率94.11%~100.64%,RSD 1.12%~2.77%。結(jié)論該方法簡便準(zhǔn)確,重復(fù)性好,可用于燈盞細(xì)辛注射液的質(zhì)量控制。
