【摘要】：建立了同時測定血漿中吲哚美辛和布洛芬兩種非甾體抗炎藥的HPLC測定方法。樣品采用乙腈沉淀蛋白提取后離心,上清液用氮氣吹干流動相復(fù)溶,以乙腈:20 mmol/L乙酸銨水溶液(甲酸調(diào)節(jié)p H為3.5)=85:15(V/V)進(jìn)行洗脫,在ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色譜柱上分離,流速為1 m L/min,檢測波長220 nm,采用內(nèi)標(biāo)法定量,吲哚美辛和布洛芬互為內(nèi)標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明吲哚美辛和布洛芬在0.1~50μg/m L范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,吲哚美辛和布洛芬的檢出限(S/N=3)分別為1.3 ng和2.0 ng�；厥章试�86.3%~102.0%之間,日內(nèi)精密度RSD鄒3.4%。經(jīng)方法學(xué)驗證,該方法適用于血漿樣品中吲哚美辛和布洛芬的測定,且方法專屬性好、簡便快捷。
