電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法分析靈芝孢子油中的微量元素含量

【摘要】:食品中的微量元素分析對食品安全控制與營養(yǎng)評價有著重要的意義,為正確評價靈芝孢子油的食用、藥用價值提供參考。取市售靈芝孢子油,運用微波消解儀消解靈芝孢子油樣品,消解過程采用硝酸+雙氧水酸體系預(yù)處理,減少了酸的使用,消解更完全。利用電感合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀(ICP-MS)在碰撞模式下測定靈芝孢子油中24種微量元素含量。實驗結(jié)果表明,靈芝孢子油中含量豐富的有益微量元素,尤其以Ca、P、Mg、Fe、K和Zn的含量居多,其次為Na、Sn、Sr、Cr、Cu、B和Mn;有害微量元素Pb、As和Hg含量符合保健食品污染物限量要求。對于所測元素,Hg的線性范圍為0~1μg/L,其他元素的線性范圍為0~100μg/L,儀器檢出限在0.03~7.0μg/L之間,方法定量限在0.1~23.33μg/kg之間,加標(biāo)回收率在84.16%~107.00%之間,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差0.83%~4.25%(n=6)之間。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)該方法精密度、靈敏度高,結(jié)果可靠。
[Abstract]:The analysis of trace elements in food is of great significance for food safety control and nutrition evaluation, and provides a reference for the correct evaluation of edible and medicinal value of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil. The sample of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was digested by microwave digestion instrument, and the digestion process was pretreated with nitric acid hydrogen peroxide system, which reduced the use of acid and digested it more completely. The contents of 24 trace elements in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil were determined by inductor plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in collision mode. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was rich in beneficial trace elements, especially Ca,P,Mg,Fe,K and Zn, followed by Na,Sn,Sr,Cr,Cu,B and Mn;. The contents of harmful trace elements Pb,As and Hg meet the limit requirements of health food pollutants.
