【摘要】：目的:建立跌打活血散氣相色譜指紋圖譜,為制劑的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。方法:建立制劑GC指紋圖譜,使用中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)(2008版)計(jì)算相似度;采用GC-MS法,通過對(duì)照品比對(duì),NIST譜庫(kù)及文獻(xiàn)檢索對(duì)共有峰進(jìn)行指認(rèn),并與對(duì)照藥材比對(duì)確定其來源。結(jié)果:方法學(xué)考察顯示建立的GC指紋圖譜精密度、重復(fù)性、穩(wěn)定性均可滿足指紋圖譜分析的需要;指紋圖譜中呈現(xiàn)20個(gè)共有峰,對(duì)其中的17個(gè)進(jìn)行了指認(rèn);14批樣品的指紋圖譜相似度評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果在0.564~0.986,表明不同樣品的質(zhì)量差異較大。結(jié)論:建立的GC指紋圖譜方法快速、簡(jiǎn)便,能夠全面反映跌打活血散中化學(xué)成分信息,可用于跌打活血散質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the fingerprint of Diedahuoxue Powder by gas chromatography (GC), and to provide reference for the quality evaluation of the preparation. Methods: the GC fingerprint of the preparation was established, and the similarity was calculated by using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (version 2008). GC-MS method was used to identify the common peaks by comparison of reference materials, NIST spectrum database and literature retrieval, and the source was determined by comparison with the control medicinal materials. Results: the methodological investigation showed that the precision, reproducibility and stability of the established GC fingerprint could meet the needs of fingerprint analysis, and there were 20 common peaks in the fingerprint, 17 of which were identified.
