兩種西雙版納產(chǎn)藥用植物化學(xué)成分研究

【摘要】:本論文由三章組成:第一章對(duì)1996年以來(lái),蒲桃屬植物中抗糖尿病活性化學(xué)成分的研究進(jìn)行了綜述;第二章論述了滇南蒲桃(Syzygium austroyumnanese)葉子部分的化學(xué)成分研究;第三章論述了帝錦(Euphorbia lactea)地上部分70%丙酮提取物石油醚部位的化學(xué)成分研究。第一章,對(duì)1996年以來(lái),蒲桃屬植物中抗糖尿病活性化學(xué)成分的研究進(jìn)行了綜述,主要列舉了蒲桃屬植物中具有抗糖尿病活性化學(xué)成分的結(jié)構(gòu)、名稱、植物來(lái)源和活性機(jī)制。第二章,對(duì)滇南蒲桃(Syzygium austroyumnanese)的葉子部分進(jìn)行了化學(xué)成分研究。滇南蒲桃為桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)蒲桃屬(Syzygium)草本植物,在我國(guó)主要分布于云南西雙版納及廣西的橫縣等地。綜合運(yùn)用正反相硅膠柱色譜、葡聚糖凝膠柱色譜、MCI和RP-18中壓液相色譜和高效液相色譜等分離手段從其甲醇提取物的石油醚部位共分離得到23個(gè)化合物,其中14個(gè)為新化合物。化合物類型包括間苯三酚衍生物、三萜、倍半萜等,所有化合物均首次從該植物中分離得到。第三章,對(duì)帝錦(Euphorbia lactea)的地上部分進(jìn)行了化學(xué)成分研究。帝錦為大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)大戟屬(Euphorbia)植物,主要生長(zhǎng)于熱帶地區(qū),具有治療癌癥、腫塊、肉贅的功效,在中國(guó)民間用于治療皮膚病。利用各種分離技術(shù)及現(xiàn)代波譜學(xué)方法對(duì)帝錦地上部分70%丙酮提取物的石油醚萃取部分進(jìn)行分離純化,最終得到7個(gè)化合物,化合物類型包括二萜、三萜、甾醇等,化合物24-29為首次從該植物中分離得到。
[Abstract]:This paper consists of three chapters: the first chapter reviews the studies on the active chemical constituents of anti-diabetes in the genus Prunus since 1996, and the second chapter discusses the chemical constituents of the leaves of (Syzygium austroyumnanese) in Pudong peach in the south of Yunnan, and the chemical constituents of the leaves of Peach in the south of Yunnan Province are discussed in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the chemical constituents of 70% acetone extract from the aerial part of Dijin (Euphorbia lactea) were discussed. In the first chapter, the studies on the active chemical constituents of anti-diabetes in Prunus since 1996 were reviewed, and the structure, name, plant origin and active mechanism of the chemical constituents with anti-diabetic activity in Prunus were listed. In the second chapter, the chemical constituents of (Syzygium austroyumnanese) from Pudong peach in southern Yunnan were studied. Pudao in southern Yunnan is a (Syzygium) herbaceous plant of the genus (Myrtaceae), which is mainly distributed in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province and Hengxian County, Guangxi, in China. A total of 23 compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether parts of methanol extract by positive and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, dextran gel column chromatography, MCI and RP-18 medium pressure liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Fourteen of them are new compounds. The types of compounds include resorcinol derivatives, triterpenes, sesquiterpenes and so on. All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. In the third chapter, the chemical constituents of the aboveground part of (Euphorbia lactea) were studied. Dijin is a (Euphorbia) plant of the genus Euphorbia of Euphorbia, which mainly grows in the tropics and has the effect of treating cancer, masses and flesh vegetation. It is used in the treatment of skin diseases in China. The petroleum ether extract of 70% acetone extract from the aerial part of Dijin was separated and purified by various separation techniques and modern spectroscopic methods. Finally, seven compounds were obtained, including diterpenes, triterpenes, sterols and so on. Compound 24A 29 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
