在云母晶面上應(yīng)用“自下而上”和“自上而下”兩種途徑制造膠原蛋白納米線陣列

【摘要】:以云母晶體的(001)晶面為基質(zhì),以天然Ⅰ型鼠尾膠原蛋白單體溶液為原料,分別考察了蛋白單體受基質(zhì)規(guī)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行"自下而上"的自組裝過程,以及原子力顯微鏡探針對吸附在基質(zhì)表面的蛋白膜層進(jìn)行"自上而下"加工過程:(1)兩種制備途徑均能加工出結(jié)構(gòu)精確可控的膠原蛋白納米線陣列;(2)"自下而上"制備途徑利用了蛋白單體和基質(zhì)晶體在界面上互相識別并規(guī)范的"反相生物礦化"原理;(3)"自上而下"的加工利用了原子力顯微鏡接觸模式下探針的"分子掃帚"機(jī)理。
