衰減全反射紅外光譜法測定溶聚丁苯橡膠的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:以溶聚丁苯橡膠(SSBR)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣,通過涂膜紅外光譜(IR)法確定了4種牌號(2557 S、2564、3840、553)SSBR微觀結(jié)構(gòu)含量的標(biāo)稱值,采用衰減全反射(ATR)-IR法測定了SSBR的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)含量,并與核磁共振(NMR)法測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比。結(jié)果表明,4種牌號SSBR標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣的反式-1,4-結(jié)構(gòu)、乙烯基結(jié)構(gòu)、順式-1,4-結(jié)構(gòu)和苯乙烯結(jié)構(gòu)的標(biāo)稱值(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))分別為17.2%、15.8%、25.2%、19.5%,42.0%、37.6%、12.6%、42.6%,23.4%、20.4%、23.6%、23.1%,17.4%、26.1%、38.6%、14.8%。當(dāng)平整光滑的試樣厚度不大于2 mm時(shí)測試結(jié)果有較好的重復(fù)性,ATR-IR法測試結(jié)果與NMR法無顯著性差異,準(zhǔn)確性得到驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Using (SSBR) as standard sample, the nominal values of SSBR microstructure content of four grades (2557 S, 2564, 3840553) were determined by (IR) method. The microstructure of SSBR was determined by attenuated total reflection (ATR)-IR and compared with that of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results showed that the nominal values (mass fraction) of trans-1, 4-structure, vinyl structure, cis-1, 4-structure and styrene structure of four SSBR standard samples were 17.2%, 15.8%, 25.2%, 19.5%, respectively, and the content of trans-1,4 -, vinyl, cis-1,4-and styrene were 17.2%, 15.8%, 25.2%, 19.5%, respectively. 42.0%, 37.6%, 12.6%, 42.6%, 23.4%, 20.4%, 23.6%, 23.1%, 17.4%, 26.1%, 38.6%, 14.8%. When the thickness of the smooth sample is less than 2 mm, the test results have good repeatability. There is no significant difference between the ATR-IR method and the NMR method, and the accuracy is verified.
