一測多評法同時測定補腎清利顆粒中8種成分

【摘要】:目的建立一測多評(QAMS)法同時測定補腎清利顆粒(BQG)中8種成分京尼平苷酸(GA)、綠原酸、梔子苷、濱蒿內(nèi)酯、丹酚酸B(SAB)、黃芩苷、槲皮素7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(QR)及黃芩素的方法,驗證該法在BQG中應(yīng)用的可行性和技術(shù)適應(yīng)性。方法以8種成分為研究對象,利用QAMS 3種校正方法計算各待測成分與內(nèi)參物濱蒿內(nèi)酯的相對校正因子(fk/s),推算待測組分量;對回歸方程和3種校正方法計算值與外標(biāo)法實測值進(jìn)行誤差和相關(guān)性評價。結(jié)果 8種目標(biāo)成分在一定范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r0.999 9),濱蒿內(nèi)酯與GA、綠原酸、梔子苷、SAB、黃芩苷、QR及黃芩素的fk/s分別是0.562、0.818、0.627、0.877、0.935、1.113、2.339,且在不同條件下重現(xiàn)性良好;6批樣品中各成分量分別為GA 1.633~1.736 mg/g、綠原酸1.777~1.950 mg/g、梔子苷6.017~6.422 mg/g、濱蒿內(nèi)酯1.765~1.851 mg/g、SAB 2.326~2.522 mg/g、黃芩苷19.476~21.329 mg/g、QR 3.077~3.265 mg/g及黃芩素0.161~0.186 mg/g,且計算所得量與實測量測得結(jié)果無顯著差異。結(jié)論 QAMS法為BQG提供了一個快捷可行的多指標(biāo)同步質(zhì)量評價模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a multi-evaluation (QAMS) method for simultaneous determination of geniposide (GA), chlorogenic acid, Gardeniposide, Artemisia lactone, Salvianolic acid B (SAB), baicalin in Bushenqingli granule (BQG). The method of quercetin 7 O-偽-L-rhamnoside (QR) and baicalin was used to verify the feasibility and technical adaptability of this method in BQG. Methods the relative correction factors (fk/s) of each component and the internal reference of Artemisia lactone were calculated by QAMS three correction methods and the components of the components to be measured were calculated. The error and correlation between the calculated values of regression equation and three kinds of correction methods and the measured values by external standard method were evaluated. Results there was a good linear relationship among the eight target constituents (r 0.999 9). The fk/s of Artemisia lactone and GA, chlorogenic acid, geniposide, SAB, baicalin, QR and baicalin were 0.562, 0.818, 0.627, 0.877,0.935, 1.113, 2.339, respectively. And the reproducibility is good under different conditions. The components of 6 batches of samples were GA 1.633 / 1.736 mg/g, chlorogenic acid 1.777 / 1.950 mg/g, gardenoside 6.017 / 6.422 mg/g, artemisia lactone 1.765 / 1.851 mg/g,SAB 2.326 / 2.522 mg/g,. Baicalin 19.476 ~ 21.329 mg/g,QR 3.077 ~ 3.265 mg/g and baicalin 0.161 ~ 0.186 mg/g,. There was no significant difference between calculated and measured results. Conclusion QAMS provides a fast and feasible multi-index synchronous quality evaluation model for BQG.
