肉制品中6種人工合成色素的快速測(cè)定

【摘要】:目的:建立一種同時(shí)測(cè)定肉制品中檸檬黃、莧菜紅、胭脂紅、日落黃、誘惑紅和酸性紅6種人工合成色素的高效液相色譜法。方法:采用乙醇-氨溶液提取樣品中的色素,經(jīng)乙醚脫脂,用Agilent Poroshell 120 SB-C_(18)色譜柱分離,以乙腈-乙酸銨(0.02 mol/L)為流動(dòng)相,二極管陣列檢測(cè)器可變波長(zhǎng)程序測(cè)定。結(jié)果:6種色素在濃度0~10μg/mL均有良好的線性關(guān)系,線性系數(shù)均大于0.9999,加標(biāo)回收率為70.33%~93.08%,檢出限為0.12~0.21 mg/kg,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均小于5%。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、快捷,重現(xiàn)性好,靈敏度高,可同時(shí)測(cè)定肉制品中6種人工合成色素,適用于肉制品的快速檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of synthetic pigments in the meat products such as lemon yellow, vegetable red, carmine, sunset yellow, seduced red and acid red. Methods: The pigment in the sample was extracted with ethanol-ammonia solution, and the pigment was defatted with ether and separated by Agilent Portoshell 120 SB-C _ (18) column, and the acetonitrile-ethylene acid solution (0.02 mol/ L) was used as the mobile phase, and the diode array detector was determined by the variable wavelength program. The results showed that 6 kinds of pigments had a good linear relationship at the concentration of 0-10 & mu; g/ mL, the linear coefficient was more than 0.9999, the recovery rate of the spike was 70.33%-93.08%, the detection limit was 0.12-0.21 mg/ kg, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, good in reproducibility and high in sensitivity. Six synthetic pigments in meat products can be measured at the same time, and the method is suitable for rapid detection of meat products.
