何首烏配方顆粒的UPLC指紋圖譜及化學成分歸屬

【摘要】:目的:建立何首烏配方顆粒的UPLC指紋圖譜,并對其主要的共有峰進行成分歸屬,為配方顆粒的快速質(zhì)量評價提供方法。方法:采用超高效液相色譜法,以Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18) RRHD(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)為色譜柱,流動相乙腈-水梯度洗脫,檢測波長254 nm,流速0.4 m L·min~(-1),柱溫30℃,同時采用飛行時間質(zhì)譜法對指紋圖譜中的主要化學成分進行歸屬。結(jié)果:建立了何首烏配方顆粒的UPLC指紋圖譜,確定了12個共有峰,并對其中5個共有峰進行了指認,各何首烏配方顆粒樣品指紋圖譜與對照指紋圖譜相似度均0.9。結(jié)論:該方法簡單、準確、快速、重復性好,能有效地對何首烏配方顆粒的質(zhì)量進行快速評價。
