竹炭碳磺酸的制備及其催化性能

【摘要】:以富含纖維素的天然竹粉為原料,通過(guò)硫酸浸漬,炭化和磺化的過(guò)程,制備竹炭碳磺酸并將其應(yīng)用于纖維素水解反應(yīng)。首先對(duì)改性前后的竹粉及其主要成分進(jìn)行熱重分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)硫酸能打破竹粉組分之間部分原有的化學(xué)鍵,促進(jìn)竹粉的熱解過(guò)程,使竹粉在低溫下進(jìn)行熱解與炭化。然后系統(tǒng)地研究浸漬比例、浸漬液濃度、炭化溫度和磺化溫度等因素對(duì)催化劑活性的影響,得到催化劑最優(yōu)制備條件。最后采用XRD、BET、FT-IR和SEM等方法對(duì)竹炭碳磺酸進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明通過(guò)合理調(diào)控溫度能使竹炭磺酸具有良好的孔結(jié)構(gòu)和較高的磺酸量,且磺酸量可能和芳香碳環(huán)上的活潑氫數(shù)目有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The bamboo charcoal-carbon sulfonic acid is prepared by using natural bamboo powder rich in cellulose as the raw material, and the bamboo charcoal-carbon sulfonic acid is prepared through the process of sulfuric acid dipping, carbonization and sulfonation, and the bamboo charcoal-carbon sulfonic acid is applied to the cellulose hydrolysis reaction. Firstly, the bamboo powder before and after the modification and its main components are thermogravimetric analysis, and it is found that the sulfuric acid can break the original chemical bond between the bamboo powder components and promote the pyrolysis process of the bamboo powder, so that the bamboo powder is pyrolyzed and carbonized at low temperature. The influence of the impregnation ratio, the concentration of the dipping liquid, the carbonization temperature and the sulfonation temperature on the activity of the catalyst was studied systematically, and the optimum preparation conditions of the catalyst were obtained. The carbon sulfonic acid of bamboo charcoal was characterized by XRD, BET, FT-IR and SEM. The results show that the bamboo charcoal sulfonic acid can have a good pore structure and a higher amount of sulfonic acid through the reasonable control of the temperature, and the amount of sulfonic acid may be related to the number of active hydrogen on the aromatic carbon ring.
