【摘要】：便攜式拉曼光譜儀以其快速、無(wú)損、便攜等特點(diǎn)被廣泛的應(yīng)用到了食品領(lǐng)域。本文從便攜式拉曼光譜儀的工作原理、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn)、研發(fā)等方面進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹,重點(diǎn)介紹了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外采用便攜式拉曼光譜儀在食用油的摻假、農(nóng)藥殘留、非法添加物等方面進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和分析的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)便攜式拉曼光譜儀在檢測(cè)中存在的問(wèn)題和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了討論,最后對(duì)便攜式拉曼光譜儀在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:The portable Raman spectrometer is widely used in the food field with its fast, non-destructive and portable features. This paper briefly introduces the working principle, system structure, characteristics and R & D of the portable Raman spectrometer, and mainly introduces the adulteration and pesticide residue of the portable Raman spectrometer at home and abroad in the edible oil. The application status of the detection and analysis of the illegal additives and the like is discussed, and the problems and key technologies in the detection of the portable Raman spectrometer are discussed, and the application of the portable Raman spectrometer in the food detection is also discussed.
