白喉烏頭中二萜生物堿及其拒食活性研究

【摘要】:從白喉烏頭(Aconitum leucostomum Vorosch.)中分離得到13個(gè)二萜生物堿,采用HR-ESI-MS,1D NMR和2D NMR等波譜技術(shù)確定了它們的結(jié)構(gòu).其中一個(gè)為新的C_(18)二萜生物堿:刺烏寧,其余為已知化合物.同時(shí)考察了其中12個(gè)化合物對(duì)甜菜夜蛾3齡幼蟲的拒食活性,結(jié)果表明化合物氨茴;1鈮A和東烏頭定的活性較好(EC_(50)1mg/cm~2),其次是N-acetylsepaconitine,贛烏堿和N-去乙酰高烏甲素(EC_(50)2 mg/cm~2).
[Abstract]:(Aconitum leucostomum Vorosch.) from diphtheria aconitum Thirteen diterpene alkaloids were isolated and their structures were determined by HR-ESI-MS,1D NMR and 2D NMR spectra. One of them is a new C _ (18) diterpene alkaloid, spinonine, and the others are known compounds. At the same time, the antifeedant activity of 12 compounds against the third instar larvae of Spodoptera exigua was studied. The results showed that the compounds EC_ (50) 1mg/cm~2 were the best, followed by N _ (acetylsepaconitine), and the antifeedant activity of these compounds to the larvae of Spodoptera exigua was higher than that of Aconitine (50) 1mg/cm~2. Ganyuline and N-deacetygouridine (EC_ (50) 2 mg/cm~2).
