固相葡萄糖異構(gòu)體二維紅外光譜研究

【摘要】:采用衰減全反射紅外光譜(ATR-FTIR)技術(shù),研究了固相葡萄糖的結(jié)構(gòu)。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):固相葡萄糖同時存在著O-H伸縮振動模式(νOH),CH_2不對稱伸縮振動模式(νasCH_2),CH2對稱伸縮振動模式(νsCH2),CH2變角振動模式(δCH_2),C-O伸縮振動模式(νC-O),O-H面內(nèi)彎曲振動模式(δOH),葡萄糖環(huán)振動模式(νⅠ)和葡萄糖環(huán)呼吸振動模式(νⅢ)等。采用二維紅外光譜(2D-IR)技術(shù),研究了固相葡萄糖νⅠ和νⅢ。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):固相葡萄糖存在著α-D-(+)-吡喃葡萄糖及β-D-(+)-吡喃葡萄糖兩種異構(gòu)體,并進一步來研究溫度變化對于固相葡萄糖異構(gòu)體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。
