酸性體系V催化木質素β-O-4模型物C—C鍵高選擇性切斷

【摘要】:研究了酸性體系下NH_4VO_3催化木質素模型物2-(苯氧基)-1-苯乙酮(1a)的C—C鍵氧化切斷過程.通過優(yōu)選反應溶劑,在溫和條件下(100℃,101 kPaO_2)于DMSO-HOAc(V∶V=3∶1)溶劑中高選擇性地得到了苯甲酸和苯酚(產率分別為82.1%和88.1%),并通過對反應過程的監(jiān)測和催化劑的研究提出了該反應可能的反應路徑.反應過程存在兩條可能的途徑,一是1a先發(fā)生C—O鍵斷裂生成苯酚和2-羥基苯乙酮,再催化2-羥基苯乙酮C—C鍵氧化斷裂生成苯甲酸;二是1a直接發(fā)生C—C鍵氧化斷裂生成苯甲酸和苯酚.同時,催化劑表征結果表明,+5價釩氧離子是催化活性物種.釩催化劑在反應過程中通過+4和+5價循環(huán)完成催化過程.
