Klason法木質(zhì)素慢速熱解特性及其動(dòng)力學(xué)機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:運(yùn)用Klason法從4種不同生物質(zhì)中制備木質(zhì)素,采用元素及紅外分析對(duì)不同木質(zhì)素的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,運(yùn)用TG-FTIR研究不同來源木質(zhì)素慢速熱解特性的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同來源的木質(zhì)素?zé)峤膺^程表現(xiàn)為兩個(gè)主要失重階段,對(duì)應(yīng)芳香族類化合物的析出與小分子氣體的析出過程;其中楓木木質(zhì)素的熱解活性較高,可在較低的溫度點(diǎn)(378℃)達(dá)到失重最大速率,這與其含有豐富的甲氧基結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)。在實(shí)驗(yàn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上建立分階段反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,計(jì)算其在不同熱解階段的動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)第一階段活化能主要在19.95~33.66 k J/mol之間,熱解第二階段的活化能在34.82~48.99 k J/mol之間。
[Abstract]:Lignin was prepared from four kinds of biomass by Klason method. The chemical structure of lignin was characterized by elemental and infrared analysis. The effect of slow pyrolysis of lignin from different sources was studied by TG-FTIR. It was found that the pyrolysis process of lignin from different sources showed two main weightlessness stages, corresponding to the precipitation of aromatic compounds and the precipitation of small molecular gases.
