氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法測(cè)定塑膠跑道面層中18種多環(huán)芳烴

【摘要】:本文對(duì)氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法(GC-MS)測(cè)定塑膠跑道面層中18種多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)的前處理方法進(jìn)行了討論.以樣品顆粒物直徑、超聲萃取時(shí)間、顆粒物存放時(shí)間、樣品凈化方式為試驗(yàn)因素,優(yōu)選出測(cè)定多環(huán)芳烴的最佳樣品處理?xiàng)l件.稱取10目到20目之間的樣品0.2 g,加入10 mL乙酸乙酯,60℃超聲萃取60 min,取上清液,凈化時(shí)采用12 mL洗脫劑,氮吹近干后加入3種混合內(nèi)標(biāo)溶液,用GC-MS分離和檢測(cè).以3倍信噪比計(jì)算18種多環(huán)芳烴檢出限,以10倍信噪比計(jì)算定量限,各組分檢出限范圍為0.0048—0.030 mg·kg~(-1),定量限范圍為0.010—0.099 mg·kg~(-1).6次平行測(cè)定RSD%均小于10%,樣品加標(biāo)回收率在75.50%—125.19%.方法精密度好,準(zhǔn)確度高,適用于塑膠跑道中18種PAHs的日常檢測(cè).
[Abstract]:The pretreatment method for the determination of 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (PAHs) in plastic runway surface layer by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is discussed in this paper.
