汽油摻混二甲醚燃燒特性研究

【摘要】:隨著生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,人們生活質(zhì)量不斷提高,汽車保有量急劇增加,這對目前已經(jīng)很嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染以及能源危機(jī)等社會問題造成了更大的壓力。為緩解這些問題,人們分別從探索發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)新技術(shù)降低能源消耗與排放,以及尋求新能源兩種方法上做出了不懈努力。本文從新能源即代用燃料的角度,選取了二甲醚與汽油摻混作為傳統(tǒng)點(diǎn)燃式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的代用燃料,在定容燃燒彈中展開了燃燒實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。研究首先針對二甲醚的物化特性,對汽油摻混二甲醚作代用燃料的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了討論,然后進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,最后利用AVL Fire軟件在相關(guān)的邊界條件下進(jìn)行了模擬。依據(jù)汽油機(jī)實(shí)際工作中的條件、實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備以及二甲醚和汽油的理化特性分別選取了150℃、180℃及210℃三組溫度邊界,0.8MPa、1.0MPa及1.2MPa三組壓力邊界,0.8、1.0、1.2及1.4四組過量空氣系數(shù)以及質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為0%、5%、10%、15%和20%等,進(jìn)行組合并展開實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)汽油中摻入二甲醚后,燃燒滯燃期明顯縮短,燃燒速度加快,燃燒最高壓力略有下降;初始溫度與初始壓力對燃燒速度的影響比較類似,燃燒速度均隨著初始溫度或初始壓力的升高而加快,不同點(diǎn)在于,初始溫度升高時(shí),燃燒最高壓力有所降低,而初始壓力升高后燃燒達(dá)到的最高壓力也增大;當(dāng)過量空氣系數(shù)不同時(shí),均會對燃燒速度產(chǎn)生影響,但在理論空燃比下燃燒持續(xù)時(shí)間最短,過濃過稀的混合氣均會使得反應(yīng)變慢。最后利用AVL Fire軟件在拓展的邊界條件下對燃燒彈內(nèi)混合燃料的燃燒進(jìn)行了仿真模擬計(jì)算。并對各邊界條件下仿真得到的燃燒持續(xù)時(shí)間與燃燒最高壓力進(jìn)行了對比分析,仿真研究得到的不同邊界條件對汽油摻混二甲醚燃燒持續(xù)時(shí)間與最高燃燒壓力的影響與實(shí)驗(yàn)分析的規(guī)律基本一致。
[Abstract]:With the development of productivity, people's quality of life has been improved and the number of cars has increased rapidly, which has brought more pressure to the social problems such as environmental pollution and energy crisis. In order to alleviate these problems, people have made unremitting efforts in exploring new engine technologies to reduce energy consumption and emissions, and in seeking new energy sources. In this paper, the mixture of dimethyl ether and gasoline is selected as the alternative fuel of the traditional ignition engine from the perspective of new energy, that is, alternative fuel, and the combustion experiment is carried out in the constant volume combustion bomb. Based on the physical and chemical characteristics of dimethyl ether, the characteristics of gasoline mixed with dimethyl ether as alternative fuel were discussed, and then the experimental study was carried out. Finally, the simulation was carried out under the relevant boundary conditions by using AVL Fire software. According to the actual working conditions of the gasoline engine, the physical and chemical properties of the experimental equipment and the dimethyl ether and gasoline were selected at 150 鈩,
