基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差傳遞規(guī)律的手機(jī)比色法測定亞甲基藍(lán)溶液
[Abstract]:The methylene blue solution was determined by mobile phone colorimetry based on error transfer law. According to the relationship between the color trichromatic value RGB and gray value Gr, the feasibility of indirect measurement method was proved theoretically by the calculation of standard deviation transfer formula. The influence of different illumination environment on the quality of collecting photos was analyzed, and three different models of mobile phones were compared as sampling tools. The results showed that the precision of the indirect measurement method was significantly improved, and the change trend between the indirect measurement value XR,XG,XB and the mass concentration C of methylene blue was the same, and the XB was directly proportional to the mass concentration C. A new method for the determination of methylene blue was established. The relative standard deviation for the determination of samples by this method is 2.7 and 4.8, and the recovery rate is 91.3 and 101.The stability, precision and accuracy of the method are in line with the requirements of the determination.
