含鈦三元復(fù)合催化劑經(jīng)熔融縮聚催化乳酸合成高分子量聚乳酸

【摘要】：構(gòu)建了一種由四異丙氧基鈦(TPT)、對(duì)甲基苯磺酸(TSA)和2,2-二羥甲基丙酸(DMPA)組成的三元復(fù)合催化體系。利用DMPA結(jié)構(gòu)中雙羥基和羧基與TPT有效作用,調(diào)節(jié)鈦的催化活性。TPT/TSA/DMPA構(gòu)成的復(fù)合催化體系在乳酸聚合過(guò)程中,TSA瞬時(shí)占據(jù)中心鈦原子空軌道,有效防止了副反應(yīng)發(fā)生。TPT/TSA/DMPA在最優(yōu)摩爾比情況下,乳酸經(jīng)熔融聚合可得數(shù)均相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量10萬(wàn)、重均相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量在20萬(wàn)以上的聚乳酸。通過(guò)核磁氫譜、碳譜、質(zhì)譜等方法分析了三元復(fù)合催化體系可能存在的絡(luò)合結(jié)構(gòu)和催化乳酸聚合的反應(yīng)中間階段。此三元復(fù)合催化體系方便易得,其合成操作簡(jiǎn)單,催化乳酸聚合所得聚乳酸相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量較高,具有較好的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:A ternary catalytic system consisting of tetraisopropyl titanium (TPT),) p-methylbenzenesulfonate (TSA) and 2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) was constructed. The catalytic activity of titanium was regulated by the effective interaction of dihydroxyl and carboxyl groups with TPT in the structure of DMPA. In the process of lactic acid polymerization, TSA occupied the space orbit of titanium atom in the center of the complex system. Under the optimum molar ratio of TPT/TSA/DMPA, poly (lactic acid) with average molecular weight (100000) and weight average molecular weight (200000) can be obtained by melt polymerization. The possible complexation structure and the intermediate stage of the catalytic polymerization of lactic acid were analyzed by means of nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy, carbon spectrum and mass spectrometry. This ternary complex catalyst system is convenient and easy to obtain, and its synthesis operation is simple, and the molecular weight of polylactic acid obtained by catalytic polymerization of lactic acid is relatively high, which has a good prospect of development.
