生物材料紅外波段消光性能分析

【摘要】:對(duì)制備的三種消光材料真菌An0429孢子,真菌Bb0919孢子以及真菌Cx0507孢子的紅外波段消光性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。靜態(tài)測(cè)試采用壓片法得到三種生物材料的鏡面反射光譜,然后根據(jù)Krames-Kronig(K-K)關(guān)系對(duì)三種生物材料紅外波段的復(fù)折射率進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。由Mie理論計(jì)算得到三種生物材料紅外波段的靜態(tài)質(zhì)量消光系數(shù),并與幾種無(wú)機(jī)非金屬材料進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。搭建煙幕箱實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)三種生物材料3~5μm波段動(dòng)態(tài)質(zhì)量消光系數(shù)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析,得到三種消光材料的動(dòng)態(tài)質(zhì)量消光系數(shù)分別為1.257,1.065以及1.009m~2·g~(-1)。測(cè)試分析結(jié)果表明,三種生物材料的紅外波段消光性能優(yōu)于常見(jiàn)的無(wú)機(jī)材料,其生產(chǎn)周期短,生產(chǎn)成本低,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程無(wú)毒,對(duì)環(huán)境友好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得生物消光材料具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The infrared extinction properties of three kinds of extinction materials, fungi An0429 spores, fungal Bb0919 spores and fungal Cx0507 spores, were tested and analyzed. The specular reflectance spectra of three kinds of biomaterials were obtained by static test. The complex refractive index of three biomaterials in infrared band was calculated according to the Krames-Kronig (K-K) relation. The static mass extinction coefficients of three kinds of biomaterials in infrared band were calculated by Mie theory and compared with some inorganic nonmetallic materials. The dynamic mass extinction coefficients of three kinds of biomaterials at 3 ~ 5 渭 m band were measured and analyzed on a smoke box experimental platform. The dynamic mass extinction coefficients of the three kinds of materials were 1.257 渭 m 1.065 and 1.257 渭 m / g ~ (-1), respectively. The dynamic mass extinction coefficients of the three materials were 1.257 渭 m ~ (-1) and 1.257 渭 m / g ~ (-1), respectively. The results show that the infrared extinction performance of the three kinds of biomaterials is superior to that of inorganic materials, which has the advantages of short production cycle, low production cost, non-toxic production process, and friendly to the environment. The biological extinction material has a good application prospect.
