柱前衍生GC-MS-SIM法分析煙草中西柏三烯醇

【摘要】:【目的】研究煙葉中西柏三烯醇的分析測定方法,為研究煙葉中西柏三烯醇與煙葉品質(zhì)的關(guān)系提供參考。【方法】建立一種雙(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)衍生化GC-MS-SIM測定煙草中2種西柏三烯二醇的方法,通過對提取試劑,試劑體積,提取方式和提取時間四個因素進(jìn)行探討!窘Y(jié)果】煙葉樣品中西柏三烯二醇的最佳提取溶劑為二氯甲烷,采用超聲方式,超聲時間為10 min;衍生化最佳條件為20℃下加入體積比為3∶2的吡啶:三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)溶液,反應(yīng)時間100 min。采用該方法,對不同產(chǎn)地?zé)熑~進(jìn)行樣品中的西柏三烯醇類物質(zhì)定量檢測,結(jié)果表明不同產(chǎn)區(qū)煙葉中西柏三烯醇含量差異較大。【結(jié)論】該方法重復(fù)性、精密度良好,且操作簡單,耗時少,可有效對不同產(chǎn)地的煙葉樣品中的西柏三烯醇類物質(zhì)進(jìn)行定量檢測。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the analytical method for the determination of cyperthylenol in tobacco leaves. This study provides a reference for the study of the relationship between the quality of tobacco leaves and the diethylsilylenol. [methods] A method for the determination of two kinds of sibertrienediol in tobacco by (BSTFA) derivatization GC-MS-SIM was established. Four factors, extraction reagent, reagent volume, extraction method and extraction time, were discussed. [results] the best solvent for extraction of sibtrienediol in tobacco leaves was dichloromethane, ultrasonic method was used and ultrasonic time was 10 min;.
