【摘要】:建立拐棗中齊墩果酸的含量測(cè)定方法。采用紫外分光光度法,對(duì)顯色劑用量,穩(wěn)定劑用量,水浴顯色時(shí)間,穩(wěn)定時(shí)間等因素分析最佳測(cè)定方法。結(jié)果表明:齊敦果酸提取的最佳試劑為75%的乙醇,以0.4 mL 50 g/L香草醛-冰醋酸為顯色劑,0.8 mL高氯酸為穩(wěn)定劑,70℃水浴反應(yīng)25 min,在540 nm下測(cè)定吸光度得到齊墩果酸含量為4.72%,此方法為最佳測(cè)定方法。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Jujube was established. UV spectrophotometry was used to analyze the optimum determination method for the factors such as the amount of chromogenic agent, the amount of stabilizer, the time of color development in water bath and the time of stabilization.
