【摘要】：基于底物設(shè)計的概念,建立了一種以β-羰基二硫代羧酸酯和取代鄰溴代苯乙酮為合成子,在碘化亞銅/鄰菲羅啉促進下高化學(xué)選擇性地合成硫代色酮類衍生物的新方法.該方法高效、簡便且收率高.
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of substrate design, a new method for the highly chemically selective synthesis of thiochroone derivatives with 尾 -carbonyl dithiocarboxylate and substituted o-bromoacetophenone as synthesizers promoted by cuprous iodide / o-phenanthroline was established. The method is efficient, simple and high yield.
