激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜:從實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀器

【摘要】:激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜(Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)技術(shù)利用激光實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)分析樣品的快速原位剝蝕和光譜激發(fā),是一種具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景的分析手段,尤其是在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、原位分析中優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,快速原位的分析特點(diǎn)符合未來(lái)分析儀器的發(fā)展方向。近年來(lái)基于該技術(shù)開(kāi)展各類(lèi)儀器研發(fā)的相關(guān)工作,引起廣大研究者的極大關(guān)注。本文綜述了激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜儀器中關(guān)鍵部件的組成及發(fā)展,從便攜式、手持式及遠(yuǎn)程系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面綜述了各類(lèi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用儀器的研發(fā)進(jìn)展,并對(duì)未來(lái)發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS) is a promising method for rapid in-situ denudation and spectral excitation of analytical samples, especially in situ analysis. The characteristics of fast in-situ analysis are in line with the development direction of analytical instruments in the future. In recent years, researchers have paid great attention to the research and development of various instruments based on this technology. In this paper, the composition and development of key components in laser induced breakdown spectrometer are reviewed. The research and development of various field application instruments are reviewed from three aspects: portable, hand-held and remote systems, and the development trend in the future is prospected.
