基于ICP-MS法的不同產(chǎn)地天麻中20種元素分析

【摘要】:目的采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜(ICP-MS)法測定天麻中As、Ba、Be、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Ga、Hg、Mg、Mn、Mo、Ni、Pb、Se、Sn、Sr、Ti、Tl、V 20種元素的量。方法采用濃硝酸與雙氧水作為混合溶劑,結(jié)合微波消解處理天麻樣品。經(jīng)過儀器工作條件的優(yōu)化,進行了方法學(xué)考察,并測定了30批不同產(chǎn)地天麻樣品中20種元素的量。結(jié)果 20種待測元素的線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.998 2),重復(fù)性試驗RSD均≤6.34%,穩(wěn)定性試驗RSD均≤6.00%,精密度試驗RSD均≤5.78%,加樣回收率在91.62%~108.10%,RSD均≤5.21%。結(jié)論該方法具有前處理簡便、多種元素同時測定、分析速度快、靈敏度高、準確度高、精密度好等優(yōu)點,可為天麻中元素的快速分析以及藥材質(zhì)量評價提供技術(shù)支持和科學(xué)依據(jù)。
