微波輔助ZnFe-LDHs的合成及其異戊烯氧化脫氫性能的研究

【摘要】:以微波輔助合成系列ZnFe-LDHs并用于異戊烯氧化脫氫,借助其表面易于羥基化的性質(zhì)降低水烯比。結(jié)果表明,微波法可明顯縮短合成時(shí)間,在微波功率為600W、微波溫度為95℃和微波時(shí)間為1h的條件下可獲得結(jié)晶度和純度較高的ZnFe-LDHs。與傳統(tǒng)法相比,以其為前驅(qū)體獲得的催化劑在異戊烯氧化脫氫中表現(xiàn)出更高的活性和選擇性,水烯比為5.7時(shí),異戊二烯收率達(dá)到52%,選擇性達(dá)83%,明顯降低了水烯比。
