【摘要】：以微波輔助合成系列ZnFe-LDHs并用于異戊烯氧化脫氫,借助其表面易于羥基化的性質(zhì)降低水烯比。結(jié)果表明,微波法可明顯縮短合成時間,在微波功率為600W、微波溫度為95℃和微波時間為1h的條件下可獲得結(jié)晶度和純度較高的ZnFe-LDHs。與傳統(tǒng)法相比,以其為前驅(qū)體獲得的催化劑在異戊烯氧化脫氫中表現(xiàn)出更高的活性和選擇性,水烯比為5.7時,異戊二烯收率達到52%,選擇性達83%,明顯降低了水烯比。
[Abstract]:A series of ZnFe-LDHs was synthesized by microwave-assisted synthesis and used for oxidative dehydrogenation of isopentene. The results show that the synthesis time can be shortened obviously by microwave method.
