離子液體1-烷基-3-羧甲基苯并咪唑雙三氟甲磺酰亞胺鹽的合成及在油品中的脫硫應(yīng)用

【摘要】:合成并表征了一類新型離子液體1-烷基-3-羧甲基苯并咪唑雙三氟甲磺酰亞胺鹽,將其與雙氧水組合用于脫除模型油中的硫化物.結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)模型油與萃取/催化劑1-辛基-3-羧甲基苯并咪唑雙三氟甲磺酰亞胺鹽([C_2O_2OBIM][Tf2N])的質(zhì)量比為5∶1,H_2O_2/S摩爾比為5∶1,于75℃反應(yīng)1 h后,模型油中二苯并噻吩(DBT)脫硫率為98.8%;脫硫過程符合一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,5種硫化物的脫硫速率大小順序?yàn)槎讲⑧绶?DBT)4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩(4,6-DMDBT)苯并噻吩(BT)2,5-二甲基噻吩(2,5-DMT)噻吩(T),其中脫除DBT和BT的反應(yīng)表觀活化能分別為44.16和52.10 k J/mol.該離子液體循環(huán)再生使用14次,脫硫率無(wú)明顯下降.該深度脫硫方法具有操作簡(jiǎn)便及條件溫和的特點(diǎn).
[Abstract]:A new ionic liquid, 1-alkyl-3-carboxymethyl benzimidazole-bisfluoromethyl sulfonimide, was synthesized and characterized. It was combined with hydrogen peroxide to remove sulfides from model oil. The results showed that when the mass ratio of the model oil to the extraction / catalyst 1-octyl-3-carboxymethyl benzimidazole bis trifluoromethyl sulfonimide ([C_2O_2OBIM] [Tf2N]) was 5: 1, the molar ratio of the model oil to the extraction / catalyst 1-octyl-3-carboxymethyl benzimidazole-bisfluoromethyl sulfonimide ([C_2O_2OBIM] [Tf2N]) was 5: 1.
