氣相色譜-負(fù)化學(xué)源質(zhì)譜法測(cè)定禽蛋及蛋制品中氟蟲腈及其代謝物

【摘要】:建立了氣相色譜-負(fù)化學(xué)源質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)(GC-NCI-MS)測(cè)定禽蛋及蛋制品中氟蟲腈及其3種代謝物殘留量的方法。樣品經(jīng)乙腈提取,分散固相萃取技術(shù)QuEChERS凈化,采用基質(zhì)校正曲線外標(biāo)法定量。在0.005~0.10mg/L范圍內(nèi)氟蟲腈及其3種代謝物均呈現(xiàn)良好的線性關(guān)系,所有目標(biāo)物的定量限均在0.025~0.10μg/kg范圍內(nèi),均能滿足國內(nèi)外的限量要求。在0.1、2.0、4.0、20.0μg/kg 4個(gè)添加水平下,氟蟲腈及其3種代謝物的平均回收率均處于87.0%~99.3%,RSD均≤12.7%,說明該法有較高的準(zhǔn)確度和較好的穩(wěn)定性。綜上所述,該法靈敏度、準(zhǔn)確度較高,精密度較好,可用于禽蛋及蛋制品中氟蟲腈及其代謝物殘留量的測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:A gas chromatography-negative chemical source mass spectrometry (GC-NCI-MS) method was developed for the determination of fluronitrile and its three metabolites in eggs and egg products. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by dispersive solid phase extraction (QuEChERS). There was a good linear relationship between fluronitrile and its three metabolites in the range of 0.005~0.10mg/L, and the quantitative limit of all target compounds was 0.025 渭 g/kg, which could meet the domestic and international limit requirements.
