FeSe單晶的高壓研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:FeSe及其衍生化合物是近年來(lái)鐵基高溫超導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn).在常壓下,FeSe會(huì)首先在T_s=90 K形成非磁性的電子向列序,然后在T_c≈8 K出現(xiàn)超導(dǎo)電性;對(duì)FeSe施加壓力會(huì)誘導(dǎo)長(zhǎng)程反鐵磁序,在更高壓力下實(shí)現(xiàn)Tc≈37 K的高溫超導(dǎo).澄清高溫超導(dǎo)與正常態(tài)電子向列序和長(zhǎng)程反鐵磁序的關(guān)系對(duì)闡明高溫超導(dǎo)機(jī)理具有重要意義.針對(duì)這一問題,利用立方六面砧高壓裝置對(duì)FeSe單晶開展了較詳細(xì)的高壓電輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)測(cè)量,取得了重要進(jìn)展.首先,繪制了FeSe單晶完整的溫度-壓力相圖,具體展示了電子向列序、壓致長(zhǎng)程反鐵磁序和超導(dǎo)相隨壓力的演化關(guān)系,觀察到圓拱形的反鐵磁相界T_m(P),并揭示3種電子序之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系;對(duì)應(yīng)電子向列序和反鐵磁序被壓制的臨界壓力,FeSe的超導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)變溫度T_c呈臺(tái)階式升高,最終在Pc≈6 GPa實(shí)現(xiàn)了T_c~(max)=38.5 K的高溫超導(dǎo).高壓霍爾效應(yīng)測(cè)試表明,在2 GPa附近向列序的消失和反鐵磁序的出現(xiàn)伴隨著費(fèi)米面重構(gòu),正常態(tài)從電子型載流子主導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭昭ㄐ椭鲗?dǎo),而且霍爾系數(shù)在P_c(即T_c~(max)附近出現(xiàn)顯著增強(qiáng),表明臨界反鐵磁漲落對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)高溫超導(dǎo)具有重要作用.結(jié)合第一性原理計(jì)算,進(jìn)一步證實(shí)FeSe在高壓下存在電子型與空穴型費(fèi)米面,支持與FeA s基高溫超導(dǎo)體系類似的費(fèi)米面嵌套機(jī)制,對(duì)統(tǒng)一理解FeSe基和FeAs基高溫超導(dǎo)機(jī)理提供了重要依據(jù).
