分子蒸餾技術(shù)拆分陳皮揮發(fā)油及其GC-MS分析

【摘要】:以陳皮揮發(fā)油為研究對(duì)象,將其經(jīng)過(guò)分子蒸餾拆分,得到不同餾分物,并分別對(duì)陳皮揮發(fā)油及所得餾分物進(jìn)行氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(GC-MS)分析。分子蒸餾分為二級(jí),一級(jí)條件為:蒸發(fā)溫度(30±0.2)℃,真空度(0.5±0.1)k Pa,刮膜器轉(zhuǎn)速150~160 r/min;二級(jí)條件為:蒸發(fā)溫度(60±0.2)℃,真空度(0.5±0.1)k Pa,刮膜器轉(zhuǎn)速200~210 r/min;兩次進(jìn)樣溫度25℃,冷凝管溫度10℃。結(jié)果表明,陳皮揮發(fā)油經(jīng)二級(jí)分子蒸餾后總回收率為98.80%,其中一級(jí)輕組分(DF1)回收率為40.20%,二級(jí)輕組分(DF2)回收率為58.06%,二級(jí)重組分(RF2)回收率為0.53%。陳皮揮發(fā)油和各餾分物經(jīng)過(guò)GC-MS分析后,確定25種化合物,主要為右旋萜二烯、α-萜品烯、萜品油烯等,但陳皮揮發(fā)油及各餾分物成分種類及相對(duì)含量差異明顯,說(shuō)明分子蒸餾技術(shù)能有效對(duì)陳皮揮發(fā)油成分進(jìn)行拆分,可用于陳皮等揮發(fā)油的加工利用。
