對二甲氨基苯甲醛在不同的溶劑中溶解度測定與關聯(lián)

【摘要】:通過靜態(tài)平衡法測定了常壓下283.15~308.15 K對二甲氨基苯甲醛在甲苯、乙酸乙酯、環(huán)己烷、丙酮、正丁醇、甲醇、苯己酮、環(huán)己酮和乙酰丙酮中的固液平衡數(shù)據(jù)。實驗數(shù)據(jù)表明:對二甲氨基苯甲醛在這九種溶劑中的溶解度隨溫度升高而增加,但溶解度變化速率隨溫度的改變是不同的,在丙酮中的溶解度變化速率最大。采用Apelblat方程、Van’t Hoff方程、經(jīng)驗方程對溶解度數(shù)據(jù)進行關聯(lián),所得的平均相對偏差分別為17%、23%、40%,結果表明,三種模型都可用于關聯(lián)對二甲氨基苯甲醛的溶解度與溫度的關系,且Apelblat方程要優(yōu)于Van’t Hoff方程、經(jīng)驗方程。所得數(shù)據(jù)為對二甲氨基苯甲醛的生產(chǎn)、萃取、提純的溶劑選擇提供了基礎數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The solid-liquid equilibrium data of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in toluene, ethyl acetate, cyclohexane, acetone, n-butanol, methanol, phenylhexanone, cyclohexanone and acetylacetone were determined by static equilibrium method. The experimental data show that the solubility of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde in these nine solvents increases with the increase of temperature, but the change rate of solubility is different with the change of temperature, and the change rate of solubility in acetone is the largest. By using Apelblat equation, Van't Hoff equation and empirical equation to correlate solubility data, the average relative deviations are 17, 23 and 40, respectively. The results show that, The three models can be used to correlate the solubility of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde with temperature, and the Apelblat equation is superior to Van't Hoff equation and empirical equation. The obtained data provide basic data for solvent selection for the production, extraction and purification of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde.
