礦物藥朱砂加工流程中可溶性重金屬含量的仿生提取-ICP-OES測(cè)定方法

【摘要】:收集朱砂生產(chǎn)加工工藝流程中不同工藝點(diǎn)的樣品,采用仿生提取-電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射原子光譜法(仿生提取-ICP-OES法)對(duì)朱砂樣品中可溶性重金屬含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定。研究結(jié)果表明:仿生提取-ICP-OES法能滿足13種重金屬同時(shí)檢測(cè)要求,13種重金屬線性范圍均在0.1~1 000.0μg/L之間,線性相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.990 1~1.000 0,檢出限為0.089 3~16.041 4μg/L;該方法重復(fù)性相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差DRS均小于10.0%,精密度的DRS均小于7.1%,加樣回收率為83.0%~117.5%,滿足檢測(cè)要求;在工藝流程中,朱砂的可溶性重金屬含量呈逐步降低趨勢(shì),參照《藥用植物及制劑進(jìn)出口綠色行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),僅有H-5的Cd超出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及H-3,H-4和H-5樣品的Pb超出標(biāo)準(zhǔn);仿生提取-ICP-OES法簡(jiǎn)單、快速,準(zhǔn)確性及精度高,能夠通過同時(shí)檢測(cè)朱砂加工工藝過程中13種可溶性重金屬含量檢測(cè),為實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控朱砂加工工藝質(zhì)量提供參考依據(jù),有助于完善并確定最佳的朱砂生產(chǎn)加工流程。
[Abstract]:The contents of soluble heavy metals in cinnabar samples were determined by bionic extraction-inductively coupled plasma emission atomic spectroscopy (ICP-OES). The results show that the bionic extraction and ICP-OES method can meet the requirements of simultaneous detection of 13 heavy metals. The linear range of 13 heavy metals is between 0.1 渭 g / L and 1 000.0 渭 g / L, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.990 1 渭 g / L, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.990 1 渭 g / L, respectively. The detection limit was 0.089 ~ 16.0414 渭 g / L; The reproducibility relative standard deviation (DRS) of the method was less than 10.0 and the precision DRS was less than 7.1. The recovery rate of the sample was 83.0 and 117.5, which met the requirements of detection. In the technological process, the soluble heavy metal content of cinnabar decreased gradually. According to the limit standard of "Green Industry Standard for Medicinal plants and preparations", only H-5 Cd exceeded the standard and H-3, The Pb of H-4 and H-5 samples exceeded the standard. Bionic extraction-ICP-OES method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate. It can be used to detect 13 kinds of soluble heavy metals in the process of cinnabar processing at the same time, which provides a reference for real-time monitoring the quality of cinnabar processing. Help to improve and determine the best process of cinnabar production.
