【摘要】：鄰二鹵結(jié)構(gòu)單元廣泛存在于天然產(chǎn)物和藥物分子中,通過(guò)烯烴的雙鹵化加成反應(yīng)是高效快速合成方法之一.近年來(lái)不斷有烯烴雙鹵化加成的新合成方法研究報(bào)道,結(jié)合我們小組的研究興趣和工作,綜述了2000年以來(lái)烯烴雙鹵化加成反應(yīng)方法的進(jìn)展,并對(duì)烯烴雙鹵化加成反應(yīng)的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望.
[Abstract]:The structure units of o-dihalogen are widely found in natural products and drug molecules. Dihalogenation of olefins is one of the efficient and rapid synthesis methods. In recent years, new synthesis methods of alkenes dihalogenation addition have been reported. Combined with the research interest and work of our group, the progress of alkene dihalogenation addition reaction methods since 2000 was reviewed. The development prospect of alkene dihalogenation addition reaction was also prospected.
