CoSAPO-34分子篩的合成、表征及其光催化脫氮性能

【摘要】:利用水熱合成法,以三乙烯四胺(TETA)為模板劑,正硅酸乙酯、磷酸、氫氧化鋁及乙酸鈷為原料,合成了CoSAPO-34分子篩。通過(guò)掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、粉末X射線衍射(XRD)、熱重(TG)、N2吸附-脫附和紫外-可見(jiàn)漫反射光譜(UV-Vis DRS)等方法對(duì)合成的分子篩進(jìn)行表征。以吡啶-正辛烷體系為模擬油品對(duì)分子篩催化劑的脫氮效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),考察了樣品的用量、光催化時(shí)間及循環(huán)催化次數(shù)對(duì)其脫氮性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)合成原料的物質(zhì)的量之比為n_(P_2O_5)∶n_(Al_2O_3)∶n_(SiO_2)∶n_(Co)∶n_(TETA)=1∶0.82∶0.26∶0.81∶2.05,在200℃晶化24 h,合成得到粒徑約為50μm、仍保持了SAPO-34分子篩的骨架結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌為立方體的Co SAPO-34分子篩,而且該分子篩具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性。在500 W氙燈光照條件下反應(yīng)150 min,樣品對(duì)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為100μg·g-1模擬油品的脫除率達(dá)到70%,循環(huán)3次光催化脫氮活性基本保持不變。
[Abstract]:CoSAPO-34 molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis with triethylenetetramine (TETA) as template, ethyl orthosilicate, phosphoric acid, aluminum hydroxide and cobalt acetate as raw materials. The synthesized molecular sieves were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) (SEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric (TG), N2 adsorption desorption and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS). The denitrification effect of molecular sieve catalyst was evaluated by using pyridine-n-octane system as the simulated oil. The effects of sample dosage, photocatalytic time and times of cycling catalysis on the denitrification performance of molecular sieve catalyst were investigated.
