GC-MS分析金釵石斛花揮發(fā)油成分

【摘要】:目的:分析金釵石斛花的揮發(fā)油成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸餾法提取揮發(fā)油,用GC-MS法分析鑒定揮發(fā)油的化學(xué)成分,用峰面積歸一化法計算各化合物的相對含量。結(jié)果:從金釵石斛花揮發(fā)油中共鑒定出39種成分,占總含量的93.14%。結(jié)論:本研究可作為藥材質(zhì)量控制和藥用價值開發(fā)利用的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the essential oil components of Dendrobium nobile. Methods: the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed and identified by GC-MS method. The relative contents of each compound were calculated by the peak area normalization method. Results: 39 components were identified from the essential oil of Dendrobium nobile, accounting for 93.14% of the total content. Conclusion: this study can be used as a scientific basis for quality control and development and utilization of medicinal materials.
